You helped save a life! Meet Curly Bill

Howdy everyone!

It is my immense pleasure to inform the customers that shopped over the holiday season were all able to contribute to saving Curly Bill's life! We took a flat percentage of our total sales over the holiday season and decided to donate to a cause close to our hearts here at Griffen Hollow Studio. Bella Run Equine is run in Athens, Ohio by Rachel and Zack Bendler. The non-profit focuses on rehabilitating horses that are donated or bought from slaughter sales. The dedication and intense work is more than you can even imagine. Sleepless nights and long days, recently cold ones at that, are just a small part of what goes into saving each life. There are medications, blankets, food, shelters to build, fences to mend, water to drink, harnesses, saddles and so much more that goes into each case. Not only to the Bendler's take in horses but they take in dogs and other animals as well. Each case is unique and each home they find is a blessing. Rachel also helps run Last Chance Coral an establishment with a similar mission. She's a cowgirl with a cause. Zack runs Athens Spirit, remodeling homes and perfecting landscapes around south eastern Ohio.
